Minnesota Strike is seeking at least 2-3 coaches to join our team for the 2024 season. Ideal candidates are strategic and person-centered leaders who have experience working with athletes from diverse identities, backgrounds, and experiences. We are looking for potential coaches who are excited about working with high-level players, are independent and collaborative, and take initiative. Strike’s vision is driven by our values of community, equity, and visibility. We are looking for one (1) head coach and one or more (1+) assistant coaches.
