Our mission is to promote Visibility, Equity, and Community in the sport of ultimate.

VISIBILITY:  Showcase, support, and celebrate women and gender-expansive ultimate players.

EQUITY:  Provide mentorship and opportunities to marginalized athletes, especially women/girls, transgender and non-binary people, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, and those of marginalized socio-economic classes.

COMMUNITY:  Work to make our ultimate community more representative of our community as a whole through organizational partnerships and role modeling socially just organizational practices.

We are grounded in equity & diversity, and strive to inspire and empower future generations of marginalized people in ultimate. We will continue to learn and grow as individuals and an organization, including changing our behavior and language in order to reflect inclusivity of marginalized people that the league seeks to support.
