Mission and Values

OUR MISSION is to promote Visibility, Equity, and Community. We do this in the following ways:

VISIBILITY:  Showcase, support, and celebrate elite women, transgender, non-binary, genderqueer and genderfluid ultimate players.

EQUITY:  Actively participate in creating community partnerships and relationships, focusing on supporting girls, transgender and non-binary youth, youth of color, and those of all socio-economic classes.

COMMUNITY:  Share our love, joy, and passion for the sport of ultimate with others, have a positive impact on our community, and work to make our ultimate community more representative of our community as a whole.

We believe in promoting equity & diversity, and strive to inspire and empower future generations.

We will continue to learn and grow, including re-evaluating our language in order to reflect inclusivity of marginalized people that the league seeks to support.
